General Safety

Savoy staff and volunteers (wearing tartan vests) are located throughout the building to help with any questions/concerns and to assist you in the event of an emergency situation.

Fire extinguishers are located at every emergency exit. We ask patrons to make note of the nearest emergency exit when seated.

In the event of an emergency, all individuals are required to exit the building. Savoy staff will help guide you to the proper exit and to the designated muster point (the corner of Union Street and Commercial Street).

If patrons are required to exit the building, those on the second floor are required to exit via emergency staircases and to not use elevator. If you are unable to navigate staircases from the balcony level safely and efficiently, please consider purchasing tickets on the main level or contact our box office with any concerns.
